This sailing has been a wonderful journey, an experience of total delight. To my big surprise, I found that being on a gluten-free diet does not have to be a punishment, but a pure joy.
The Bordeaux dining room staff, specially Paul, the head-waiter, and Rui, the Maitre’d made an enormous effort. They went out of their way to create gourmet dishes with exotic presentation and tastes that made dining a joy.
